I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like having extra pillows and a hairdryer in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. The location was convenient, with shops and other amenities nearby. Plus, the breakfast provided a good variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the busy shopping area of Arnold, providing easy access to shops and amenities. It is also near several pubs in the area, giving guests options for dining and entertainment. the hotel is situated outside of the city centre, providing a quieter atmosphere compared to the hustle and bustle of the city.
Some guests experienced issues with the staff unlocking their room at an inconvenient time, causing disturbance and discomfort.

the value for money was outstanding. For the price I paid, the quality of the room and facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, just a short drive away from the city centre.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

Stayed here for Christmas and it was great! the rooms were clean and modern, complete with a comfy bed and a nice selection of toiletries. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as there wasn't a great variety to choose from and the coffee was not up to standard. the Wi-Fi was also slow and unreliable at times, causing some frustration.

The room was very clean and the bed was lovely and big. The hotel was located near shops and other amenities which made it very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.
The breakfast was not up to our expected standard. We had to keep asking for things to be replenished and the food choices were running out quickly.
